BREAKING UP (your mind) is HARD TO DO…(but worth it)
"Doin' The Splits" takes on new meaning as Hollyweird's new predictive programming series "Severance" celebrates MK Ultra antics like dissociative disorder
Your mind is an editor's dream project!
Nope, we ain't talking about the Crispr Cerebral Cortex Conga type of “cuttin’ a rug” (yours!) today—save that fer another post. Nuh unh, we're talking 'bout a nifty new TOTALLY DYSTOPIAN NIGHTMARE PREDICTIVE PROGRAMMING teevee series (that LOUD enuf?) that will cook yer brains like an egg on a New York City sidewalk in August. In fact, that’s just about the premise of this show which is literally about head-splitting. (Yowsa!)

How ‘Severance’ Editors Cut Between the Two Worlds on the Emmy-Nominated Drama
my emphasis entirely:
Emmy-nominated editors Geoffrey Richman and Erica Freed Marker explain how they helped the characters on the Apple TV+ drama transition between their "innie" and "outtie" personas.
Apple TV+’s thriller Severance is centered on a fictional company that offers employees a “severance” procedure through which their memories are surgically separated between their work and home life — meaning that when in one state, there’s no recollection of the other. Lumon Industries claims this offers a work-life balance, or a way to recover from personal trauma. But not remembering does nothing to alter an unsettling reality in either state, nor can it mitigate abuse by the employer.
Establishing the disparate lives of manager Mark Scout (Adam Scott) in his “innie” (work) state and “outtie” (nonwork) state — where he is processing the death of his wife — was central to the series, which is nominated for 14 Emmys, including two for editing.
(….)
(Spoiler alert!) “We actually intercut Mark yelling ‘She’s alive!’ [as his innie has a last-moment revelation about his outtie’s believed-to-be-dead wife] with the tackle. So it’s like these two shots are happening simultaneously, not intercut, because it’s flashing so fast between the two that you get the final moment of the tackle plus Mark’s face with ‘She’s alive.’ “

THOUGHTS…
SO folks, first we have here a series that shares with y'all the virtues of having a split personality (you can do this too! DO try it at home kids!). You’ll see just how cool it is that the lead character’s "alter" (alternate self) can be unaware of his "abuse" (at the hands of a "boss" for example) and can have no knowledge of his "personal trauma" (like the death of his wife!) such that a savvy abuser and traumatizer can go to town with this guy’s “unawares OTHER half,” creating BRAND NEW abuse and NEW trauma there, without the first half ever catchin’ wise.
In this way one person (a onebody) can take double the abuse and double the trauma because each “half” has separate memories and distinct experiences And all this is possible (wee haw!) if yer mind's split apart like one’a Honest Abe Lincoln’s logs. (Yowch!)
Like the crummy Diz-knee Psycho Drama animated film “Inside Out, “ each person here has an Innie and an Outtie personality (just one belly button though!). It’s a double-fun dystopia. (The affectionate innie and outtie lingo is freakish in and of itself.)
I know there is a lot of baloney with the “actual” Sybil story (what a tee-riffic teevee movie though!) but if nothing else, the splits in that movie are not romanticized or regarded with fond affection or given pet names at least…
You do NOT wanna be like Sybil!
But “Severence” turns our common sense upside down and then some.
SO if I have it correctly, normally we viewers typically think abuse and trauma are NOT good things (doi). But here, you can rid yourself of these twin scourges. How? By WELCOMING MORE OF it! Counterintuitive? Sure. But you see, you cannot split up into multiples without lotsa…abuse and trauma.
So the way ya do it is you split off yer old abuse and split off yer old trauma into a new personality, totally separate (but same body). This is how you “do the splits” the “Severence” way. Oy vey.
Once you split yerself up (with help, I’m sure) , your "other half" (literally) can forget it all and have new horrors invented just for this separated half. Double the abuse, double yer trauma, with the doublemint doublemint doublemint twinning.
I know zip-all about the series specifics (and how graphic they’ll get). Do they use a cattle prod? Heat? Stun gun? Internal torture? Cutting? Or more “remote” or VR or RF techniques? Inquiring minds wanna know—how close is the series trauma and abuse to the actual dirty tricks of the MK Ultra set?
I dunno but I DO know this creep-a-delic show appears to invite you to witness the "Severance Solution" to any "real" trauma which is (drumroll please) MORE TRAUMA! And more abuse too! Bring it on! (Is this what ups the ratings?)
Making sense here? The abuse and trauma create the split that let’s you treat both (or multiple) sides independently which is EXACTLY what they do to create splits / alters with real-actual CIA-funded MK Ultra, so what gives here? Is this a spook show or WHAT?
Let's all have a hearty helpin' of trauma and abuse SO generous that we just split up into pieces! Hip hip hooray for The Brainwashing Bunch, they even show you how they do it!
Once the split is completed, the other "half" (or multiples as it can be…) forgets the trauma the one side experienced. SO… forget your wife was murdered, forget you had 3 children someone "ate" (no, really?), forget you have 86 fishooks in your scrotum… And what's more (if I understood the premise correctly), they can even implant FALSE MEMORIES in your other "alters" (personalities) so maybe yer wife is very much alive and living the life of Riley and your 3 children are no longer on the menu and you don't have 86 fishooks in your scrotum that set off metal detectors at LAX. Wowee!
HOW'DY DOODY'IT?
Experts, experts experts (good ol’ Nazi know-how too). Handler (and professional Ham) Bob Hope's dead n'gone but maybe Uncle Liverspot Heinz K. can show up for a guest appearance on the show? Or maybe he just advises the writers, ya know, to show 'em how it's done? Then again, this uber level of expertise likely isn't needed nowadays as Hollyweird is full of more youthful crackerjack "handlers" who know newfangled ways to make Mind Control Slaves via Monarch Programming (and similar techniques) with their…eyes closed (or "wide shut…" as it were, since they know what's goin' on…).
As they say, it's a "rilly big shoo" in Hollyweird.
This isn't NEW at all.
It's only NEW to Apple + TV (that font of knowledge of original sin).
Speakin' of Ol' Scratch, what's with Lumon Industries? Lumon like Lumens?—how one measures LIGHT! Like from East, Masonic-style? Like LUCIFER? Luciferase? I'm sure it's just gonna get "glowing" reviews (yuk yuk)…
Anywayz, such Monarch-making mischief has been going on since the post-WWII era; they've just gotten "better" at it –more "hi-tech." So I guess NOW is the time to let the black cat outta the gas bag? Go on viewers, walk under that ladder…
hsss….
METHOD (nitty gritty stuff):
To create these "splits" or "alters" via dissociative disorder, they use major trauma and torture and all manner of high-tech toys (I'll spare ya the gruesome details apart from the few hints above…). Extreme physical and psychic pain (or the use of VR to create the sensations of pain) splits personalities into multiples. Each one is created by the victim’s own mind to avoid and escape the pain and suffering of the previous personality. When this happens, each "alter" won't know what the others are doing. Then in classic MK Ultra programming, each “alter” is tortured and abused separately so their “split” stays intact. Each receives separate training.
This is full out like this new teevee show per what I've read about "Severance."
As an example (for the uninitiated), one split may have, say, "Beta Sex Kitten Programming" to compromise politicians in "all manner of naughty." Betas (male as well as female) are also selected for their photographic memories (in at least this split) so they can work like a tape recorder to record and "replay" back to their handlers all that they hear and learn and see—verbatim! Government secrets? No problem-o for that kitty! And of course someone films it all—a big boon for blackmail.
Other "alters" of the same young "Betas" may be completely different! One may speak another language and appear nerdy or may have athletic prowess, and so on. The divisions are kept robust by ongoing programming (perpetual torture, trauma, abuse). Nice, eh?
This is business as usual in Hollyweird but to my knowledge it hasn't as yet been the "meat n' taters" foundation of any teevee series. I guess now's the time to get us accustomed to the "idear?"
Is it that they want us “human beans” to DESIRE such programming so we can forget real-life traumas and hardships and work under “alters”? They certainly want we beans to live under Servitude so maybe we're supposed to learn to beg "our masters" for SEVERANCE? (IF so, what kind of reverence is that?!)
In any event, the possibilities will be new to most of America..
Fun tip: Severance pay dirt! This “severance” work is indeed Nazi know-how, first developed in pre-WWII Germany. The Herr Doktors came over on The Paperclip Express and some say Dr. Mengele's new American name was Dr Green, one of the head honchos of the program.
For some reason in my brain I keep hearing "Dr Green, Dr Howard, Dr Fine, Dr Howard" when I imagine a misfit group of krauty-quacks run amok… but of course 3 funny Old Jewish Men would not answer that call on the PA System! They'd be running for their lives!
Ya know what, we should be running too!
RUN RUN RUN away from this series!
This is really sick stuff! An' while yer at'it watch yer back, there may be something subliminal planted in the screened footage as well…!
Goin' splitzville for sure, but not this kind! *

*THIS kind! (behold The Banana Splits!)
When I saw this I of course thought of Frank Olsen jumping from a tenth floor window of the Statler in 1953, just a couple of days after Thanksgiving day. Funny how this funny mind works. And I thought of the guy from Bed Bath and BEYOND. And other such moments.
My mom is a perfect example of the trauma based mind control. They call me a conspiracy nut. Her dad was cia, a horribly abusive man. She has no idea how split she is but she’s 80 so it’s working for her.
