yup, and you got'it re the hearts and triangles an' all the symbolism--an now all the one-eye-covered stuff, Satan's Helpers (vs Santa's)--I also saw the bitchute vidde-yo ya linked too... it wuz a good'un--yup, they're puttin' it all in our faces now... and yup, Disney fer YEARS (tho' clearly they've amped it up!) once ya see it ya cain't unsee it either, right?
Thanks for Little Richard. We need him now more rhan ever. Sounds to me like you're implying we can't trust our guvmint or our legal medical cartel. I am so there! I see a dr. only because I have hbp and scared to take and to not take the meds. If I could afford alternative drs would never see an allopath - except for emergencies like when I broke my wrist. She wanted to do an xray because I think I broke my pinkie toe a few weeks ago. I refused - it's either broke or it's not. What difference will it make if I know or don't know? Don't do any of their vaccines, statins, tests, masks or anything else. Really wiish I could find an alternative to the hbp meds too so I could totally stop seeing her. Maybe it's a result of living in the Age of Stupid. I was alive during WW2 and I still think this is the absolute worst period I've lived through (or during). I read the semi-censored comments attached to articles on the internet ...."I don't have to do my own research. Smart people have already done the research.". "Sometimes people don't die until a year or two after getting covid but it's still a result of covid". Maybe reading these comments is why I have hbp!
Thank you for this - I think we think alike. I also have very little trust in doctors and do my best to avoid doctors. BP is the only thing I've been unable to deal with. I've taken every supplement you can think of, which did little good. I have tried homeopathy but due to financial limitations and living in a gov't-permitted monopoly on western medicine, haven't been able to sustain homeopath visits. Have tried several homeopathic remedies which haven't worked. Going on a ketogenic diet has helped to bring it down but not to the point that I feel comfortable not taking the allopathic medicines. Now, with everything that's happened in the past 2-3 years, I am so depressed, it's been hard for me to motivate myself so now I'm overweight as well. So now I'm thinking of taking St. John's Wort. Do you think it really can help depression - I do know better than to take anything with a prescription. I have, however, recently started taking dandelion root - I'll see what that does for by bp, if anything. I already take a number of supplements including magnesium and garlic perles. Our medical cartel doesn't seem to have any answers as to the cause(s) of hbp - or too much else either, But as long as they can throw a pill at it, they're happy. If my bp were just moderately high, I'd probably not take the pills, but it can get very high. For all I know, the reason it's so high is because of my ignorant willingness to take the pills in the first place - just as I believe that getting their shots may interfere with the effectiveness of our own immune system. Thank you though for your suggestions - and motivation. Any ideas you might have, I'd be happy to hear.
By all means, I'm happy to be've help tho not an expert by any means... So a few thoughts... if ya can try some intermittent fasting-- either go a few days / month on just vitamins and bone broth if needed (modified water fast) or even daily just keep yer eatin' window within 6-8 hours the autophagy that may help your immune system an' mood stuff... Be sure ta take probiotics (gut issues affect mood) too. I've heard St Johns helps some so cain't hurt! Also Ashwaganda (an herb) an' Ginseng -- both 've these are adaptogens and neither have concernin' side effects but of course this isn't "meddy-cul" advice--just stuff ta look inta. Oh, one more thing that has helped a few folks I know--every mornin' on an empty stomach squeeze the juice of one lemon into spring water (ok to add a touch of stevia or monk if too sour) and drink it down. No negatives to this one--heard it can take a couple few weeks to work. Mebbe some'a these kin help--I always think that mood stuff is gut stuff...so carbs/sugar best to avoid. Hang in there...yer own body'll tell ya what works I think!
1. we surely do need Little Richard (an' his endless energy!)--he broke'a mold!
2. ya got'it right--can't trust our "guvmint" or the legal medical cartel as ya said. Research IS hard an' pains'takin' but IF ye find a safer way ta take away yer pains wull then, 'twas worth it, right?
3. sorry to hear ya got HBP but I'll bet there are abso-loot-ally some nat'chural remedies (there are nat'chural diuretics...dandelion's one've 'em)--that kin at least reduce the need fer meds... I'd start there, just tryin' ta need LESS vs a cure until the wartchful eye of a pricey holistic doc.....since I know most ain't cheap and most "insure-ants" don't cover 'em (cuz ye might get better an' not need med-sin, that's their fear!)
4. last but not least--don't fergit food--y'are what'cha eat...too many fergit that...it's sure cheaper than dok-turds (that collect yer money!)
I was doing well on the keto diet untill the fake pandemic. Been cheating with potatoes and bread since. It's hard to discipline yourself when you feel like your govenment is plotting against you. Plus I'm one of those high-strung, temperamental, easily agitated type people who needs to meditate, but usually doesn't. I've tried many supplements with little success. Haven't tried danndelion thoguh, will check it out. Thanks.
yup too re the Solfeggio scale--my gee-tar playin' daughter "re-calibrated" her tuners to the higher/better frequency--been' readin' 'bout that (an' she sings usin' solfege scales which are the right "tunin' " too!)
Yer welcome! We like keto too--ditch them carbs, they ain't doin' ya any favors. I hear ya re the "temptations" of bread--look up Low Carb Soul Bread--surprisin' how good it is. Check out keto carnivore as well, Armstrong Sisters (https://info.whiteoakpastures.com/strongsisters have some recipes and words've encouragement...) or quite a few different folks that Dr Mercola interviewed incl. Dr Stephanie Steneff (sadly he had to take his site down so if ya search the web you'll end up with "reposts")... Jordan Peterson's daughter had'a HUGE health recovery with keto carnivore. The autophagy thing is good for all what ails ya. Dandelion's a good liver tonic too! LOL yup, it's all harder when yer govt. is plottin' against ya--boy golly do I know it! (But they wuz plottin' against us even before--we just didn't quite know it!)
PS I just remembered... Dr. Paul Saladino is a good one to listen to, turned around his health
I can only wish a teller of truth well. And I do. And I know you've heard this one before, that which I'm about to point out. So I won't.
I was part of a table for four two days back to commemorate a birthday (11-22-22) that of long time friend Diane. Yes, she arrived in this madhouse on the day they ended Kennedy. I listened today to "Murder Most Foul," the Dylan epic about that day. And Mark Crispin Miller published a piece recently about the day and what it meant and how we got to this foul place. And I remembered all those years ago riding with Diane to far away Connecticut and listening to "American Pie" again and again.
It was a steak house, by the way, a place called Nero's. And I'm a vegetarian. There was meat in the salads, some of them anyway. I drank only water at dinner and when I got back here I drank tequila.
Re JFK, one've the best I've seen on this is the documentary "JFK to 911 everything is a rich man's trick" -- all over the inter'tubes (but one should see the 3.5 hour version, not the shorter cuts)...
Re vegetarian stuff or other special diets (there are many and I I respect folks an' all their choices as nobody fits a one-size fits all template--not in the human or ani-mule kingdom..)--I share what works for us...we know where are food comes from (direct from farmers) but lordly I know it ain't easy, 'specially if you gotta go out. We gotta kid with Type1 (keto saved her life--carbs send 'er blood sugar ta kingdom come...). Like I said, we ain't all wired the same (blood type also affects what ye kin eat as do genetics an' metabolism and lots more--been doin' homework on this fer a long spell!)....Here'bouts none've us can eat soy, canola (Canadian Petroleum!) and other such-- it ain't good fer many but that's another story... Anywhoo...goin' out ta eat and finding safe non-gmo yadayada's that a person kin eat is darn-near impossible so I'm all fer growin' 'er findin' yer own. And also...many roads lead ta' Mecca (not that I'm in'ta Mecca but it's a good 'spression). Fact is, American "Stand-Dirt" diet is SAD and awful...on that I'll be we DO agree!
And gettin' back to JFK--indeed, it's a good time to think back in terms of what we're seein' today--if they hadn't taken 'im out--if he got'ta dissolve the CIA as he'd hoped... I wonder if we'd still be in this creek without a paddle... or if so, mebbe shore would be closer...
PS 1. don't drink the water!!!!! (seriously if ya knew what's in them taps...) 2.... they say Nero certainly didn't fiddle while Rome burned--in fact there were no fiddles back then! another conspiracy!!!! and 3. Tequila is also a great tune by The Champs (I ain't a drinker so this is the version I like!) Either way, enjoy the rest've the holly-day!
Just to respond in a quick and general sort of way, I'm not at all conscious or careful about the so called food. I'm far more selective about the information and/or knowledge I ingest. I became a vegetarian on moral grounds. I think Tolstoy was right in saying that as long as there are slaughterhouses there will be battlefields. Of course the same can be said about banks and currency and all the rest.
I would eat fish because I can picture myself (with some difficulty) catching and "cleaning" and cooking fish.
Yes, maybe the shore would be closer. Well said. I'd love to have a real conversation with you but better would be two. One with and one without.
I have a filter that supposedly removes the evil. But how would I know? Yes, unless I'm mistaken Nero had some plans for the real estate and it's always doubly good to create a scapegoat or two or three. We all know why alcohol is an accepted and social and highly recommended liquid. We also know why entheogens remain illegal.
Yes, I'll just watch a holiday movie. I'm here alone. The better half is with her family. It's too big a crowd for yours truly and besides they're pretty much all normaltons.
2. love Tolstoy whatever he 'et! (slaughterhouses as we know'em, 'specially ones servin' CAFOs, are FAR far from individual farmers doin' the deed differently on their own farms where these animals were lovingly (yes!) raised, I've visited'em in fact. This is a HUGE battle now (not all folks know've it). Millers in Bird-in-Hand PA...we are cust'mers in fact, have been in the funny papers fer just this! They're good people and refuse to use FDA slaughterhouses (or bleach 'er chemicals)--and they only have their own fambly preparin' the meat AND that's why the FDA wants to take'em OUT cuz they cain't control what the Millers do--'er profit from 'em either!) There IS another way far more ethical... an' far away from Big Govt...
3. thought fer the day: next time ya'll could meet at a salad joint not a steakhouse!!!
4. ToFurkey is same'as eatin' bugs! Don't do it! (Happy day anyway!)
Yep. Down under, we call it a 'Claytons choice'... the choice you're given when you're not given a choice! Claytons was a non alcoholic liqueur from the 70s, (it bombed bigtime!). Their sales pitch was "Claytons... the drink you're havin when you're not havin a drink!"
Just wondering. Have there been any conclusive tests done on whether or not the cotton bud swabs they use do in fact contain graphene oxide? Or mRNA even? I know there's lots of talk about it, but I haven't come across any real hands down conclusive evidence myself.
Yes, indeedy there ya go--and thanks fer the link too--I 'member seein' that 'bout the PCR tests BEING the jabs too--an' then they wanted REPEAT PCR tests so even if they rip-resent a smaller dose individually, they were sayin' the more ye got them the more ye got the equivalent 've the jab--'er repeat jabs fer those testin' daily. I wrote a bit 'bout that cumulative "eff-ect" not too long ago in fact. Love that name, Theragripper! Sold As Seen on Teevee in between the Ginsu an' the Clap On Clap Off light-- Theragripper fer Seniors! Git one fer yer Car! Trouble reachin' yer hot mortadella compress, use the Theragripper! There are a few variations've these an' that slimey Charles Lieber (the Haaarvard dude that messed with bioweapons with Chynnnna) man-u-fact-chured at least a couple things that worked like the theragripper too (he was the nano tubes guy mebbee...?) don't fergit them Quantum Dots too--not just in the hand-jab but in the PCR too per some... Anywho, yup betw. Crimson Contagion an' all the other drills and cos-play fer illuminati freak globalist Hunger Sausage Games---they wuz BIZZY!
Oh an' yes re the dia-bollock-cull administration 've jabs on cows AND chickens, piggies, sheep--all the food farm animules---via this killer nasal test. Obviously not the Amish farms (yet)... not sure if they've hit BIG-Organic with this stuff yet...(?) but yup. An' the food animals are gettin' jabbed too--we found magnetic meat--ORGANIC magnetic--at the groc'ry. (Whole Paycheck)... So yes, I think swabs are "vaxx lite" an' the more frequent the close these folks come to bein' fully dosed. Ditto fer the poor animules...
I'm jus' hopin' that EVEN those've us who've avoided masks an' all testin' can STILL avoid being be-jabbered just by bein' in the same room with vaxxed folks... seems like the design was to "spread it 'round" like so much manure (honestly I'd take cow pies OVER any've them jabs...)
An up, the whole social credit system they're interfacin' with the jabs/tests (Amin Jabbi's a good feller to hear on this stuff)....an' the 5G. Talk about Froot Loops! (They ARE!)
ha ha yes! (the humanz in hamburgerz MickeyD's rumor's been runnin' round the innertubes fer at least a decade so that I'm not so sure'z been proven BUT given all the GMOs an' the "pink slime" an' additives an' SuperSoyMe an' stuff in whut they seem ta' call "food" is bad 'enuf!).
re too many damned Satanists, agreed... but I think more'n' half are doin' it (not ta be morbid...) half-heartedly cuz they "sold their soul ta the company store"--meanin' they made some polit-i-cull 'er holly-weird deal they'd do anythin' fer fame n' fortune... an' no amount'a regretsy gits them outta that written-in-blood (stone?) bargain... Dr Faustus sez it all... As ye know, in theater Angels are show backers or ones'at save a show-in-trouble-- We need this kind too (our humanity production's in big trouble)---cuz it ain't that they're so many globalists, it's that they are in charge'a the money--we need GOOD folks with a TON've it to... "turn this mess around" (as the B52's 'd say). We need the "good egg" equivalents've Gates, Buffet, Clintons, an' the baddies behind the Epstein-Biden-Ukraine-SBX ponzis... IF they are out there? Steve Kirsch tries... but he's tiny taters... Musk is not a "good egg" but whut his little TwitBuy did was impressive... in 24 hours (it ain't over) he showed a lotta dark underbelly... so we'll see... I'm always hopeful EVEN when it looks like them devils is all over the dang place....
Lucinda, ya never need ta apologize for postin' something I might've seen, by all means the more the merrier (well some've it ain't merry but ya git my drift) . Sure not all readers have read the same things an' some'a my posts git a couple hund-urd eyes on 'em so ya never know who'll welcome somethin' as new. Even when yer lookin' inta some've the same winda's there's always a different "streaker" that runs by an' point'in him out cain't hurt!!!!
You said it! That chipper song "Cock-eyed Optimist" from South Pacific indeed is one'a my fav'ritz! My younger daughter ack-chully performed this'un including fer the Hammerstein Society awards competition! I know what'ya mean--we wade inta black-pill territory yet still make lemonade outta them mouldy lemons they're hurt'lin at us...
Ah, indeed yer name brings light--St Lucia 've the eyeballs too! (It's a very cool Swedish xmas tradition with candles an' light and greenery--the eyeball "bread" is part've it tho!)
SO... the pink slime and the beyond meat I'm with ya there. I have not eaten at MickeyD's since mebbe the early 1990s....it's foul no matter what. I hear ya re the "human meat" and I know sometimes someone gets a digit chopped off at the fact'ry BUT I fer one am not convinced--the viddy-yo ya sent me referred to the same FBI guy as in this Epoch Times story (they are purdy good / reliable):
In the clips the news footage 'bout them addin' Beyond Meat options is legit but the 2nd clip on human meat is one 've them non-news altered 'puter voices. The photo of the hand is a ham-slice hand, not a human hand. (Not to be icky but there's a carnivore diet chef that makes this stuff fer her sons on halloween...it's a THING)
Human DNA in samples "is a sign of lots of touching with human hands," she told ABC News. "DNA testing produces no end of surprises but I seriously doubt that parts of human remains are incorporated into even the cheapest sausages."
So if the DNA wuz in MickeyD's it's from touchin' by human hands--still yucky, I mean gloves are the norm... but that would be all I'd guess...
The shot of the "body" has a funky garage background--it's all sort've cheesy production as are the prop body parts in the "meat packin'" clip--it's staged... not that that's reassurin'!
I'm always happy to see what yer sharin' an tho we may disagree a tad on this one oddball detail about MickeyDees, I think we both agree that whatever they are servin' it's toxic AND that today there are places an' nooz sources includin' the NYSlimes! promotin' cannibalism--an' not always in a "tongue in cheek" way either (ooooh sorry bad pun that'un)
I HAVE heard some twisted stories 'bout one'a the guys that portrayed Ronald McDonald tho--hmmm....gotta wonder!
thanks Lucinda, all true re the PCR... thanks too fer the link re the graphene in the swabs--that's the La Quinta guy--same one in the link I shared--but I DO believe too that others found the graphene in the swabs--AND self-assemblin' nano bots in the swabs too... DANG I cannot recall who found the "swab bots"--there is just so much stuff in every dia-bollock-cull piece 've their killin' jamboree...
'xactly! like Hobson's choice--but Claytons is funnier--hilarious tagline fer (basically) swill.
Oh yeah, here they called it "Near Beer" for whut wuz blatantly a nowhere-near-beer "produck" ... started in the early '30's a'fore prohibition, it bombed grandly, they brought it BACK in the 1980s--bombed agin'! today it's be litter-ale "bug juice"... anywayz, yup, a non-choice which is, of course, a con. as they say, "Bottoms up!"
yup, and you got'it re the hearts and triangles an' all the symbolism--an now all the one-eye-covered stuff, Satan's Helpers (vs Santa's)--I also saw the bitchute vidde-yo ya linked too... it wuz a good'un--yup, they're puttin' it all in our faces now... and yup, Disney fer YEARS (tho' clearly they've amped it up!) once ya see it ya cain't unsee it either, right?

I know there's lots of talk about it, but I haven't come across any real hands down conclusive evidence myself.
yup, they ain't holdin' back on what they got--they may be "timin' things" per their schedule (how reassurin' eh?)
I hear ya re the "human meat" and I know sometimes someone gets a digit chopped off at the fact'ry BUT I fer one am not convinced--the viddy-yo ya sent me referred to the same FBI guy as in this Epoch Times story (they are purdy good / reliable):
https://www.theepochtimes.com/mcdonalds-meat-factory-human-
meat-horse-meat-found-is-fake_801793.html
In the clips the news footage 'bout them addin' Beyond Meat options is legit but the 2nd clip on human meat is one 've them non-news altered 'puter voices. The photo of the hand is a ham-slice hand, not a human hand. (Not to be icky but there's a carnivore diet chef that makes this stuff fer her sons on halloween...it's a THING)
MORE: The story you linked to is from Huzlers--they're a satire rag online : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Huzlers
There WAS human DNA (different from remains but still skeeery...) found in ONE sample've brand name hot dog meat:
https://abcnews.go.com/Health/hot-dogs-sausages-studied-human-dna-report/story?id=34739080
They say that:
DANG I cannot recall who found the "swab bots"--there is just so much stuff in every dia-bollock-cull piece 've their killin' jamboree...
seein' this belatedly--dang, I DO think I sawr actual test results, not just postul- (pustul...)ations...
La Quinta Columna-- here -- https://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/moving-black-strands-on-face-mask-similar-videos-appearing-daily-now/ but I also think there was another one too... Anyway, this should be a start. (Not ta mention shovin' something up into yer head... invasive ain't the word fer it... brain-rape? I dunno but it's too Marathon Man fer me...)
'xactly! like Hobson's choice--but Claytons is funnier--hilarious tagline fer (basically) swill.
Oh yeah, here they called it "Near Beer" for whut wuz blatantly a nowhere-near-beer "produck" ... started in the early '30's a'fore prohibition, it bombed grandly, they brought it BACK in the 1980s--bombed agin'! today it's be litter-ale "bug juice"... anywayz, yup, a non-choice which is, of course, a con. as they say, "Bottoms up!"
ha ha, this is when I take my "packin' break" an' read my stack an' eat cream cheese an' (gf almond) crackers! ;-)
