yup, all good! Health Ranger has GREAT chlorella btw (but yup, they're tablets)--we like bioavailable Mag. orotate (there'z a few good forms of it). Iodine daily too! (no iodized salt 've course)--Nascent is spendy, lugols is dandy too (n' cheap)--read up on Dr Brownstein's take... but yup, all good suggest-tions!
